The site represents for us a moment of encounter, of comparison, with a very important cultural meaning, dynamic, interactive, informative and promotional.
The cultural association cooks Switzerland is a non-profit, apolitical and non-confessional association of social utility in favor of associates or third parties and aims to promote a better quality of life for members through the improvement and intensification of relationships social and cultural among the associates.
The Cultural Association of Swiss Cooks was established in Muralto in 2012 on the initiative of Alessandro Cassaro and a group of chefs who wish to forward the knowledge and dissemination of culinary art through the association. The association is part of the wide cultural space, in particular educational and organized leisure time. It can also represent charity evenings for a beneficial collection of funds for those who need humanitarian aid and on rare diseases, and much more.
In addition, we have broadened our horizons by creating categories such as Chef Lady, Pizzaioli, Sala-Bar and a Sport-Football category in addition to the chef-cooks category.
The association also pursues the following purposes:

Reassessment of the catering category through moments of encounter and comparison with sharing of experiences, to be always avant-garde operators, to improve the world of work, to always be in step with new trends, hoping to be able to meet the expectations of a clientele always more diverse and demanding.

Technical-professional growth through refresher courses, debates, conferences ....

Aggregation of professional chefs, aspirants and supporting members for the collective growth of the category and to return the right value to a sector that has always been a strong point of our economy.

Charity events.
We want to be a point of reference for all those who work in the restaurant sector and raise public awareness of the issues of good food.
We provide the official website to keep you up to date on events, meetings and much more, we also give space to the supporting companies to increase their visibility and advertise their products.
