The national association of the SALA - BAR Section is an internal body of the Swiss Chefs Cultural Association and is non-profit and non-profit and must comply with the scrupulous observance of the rules of the statute of the Swiss Chefs Cultural Association and of the directives issued by the council of members of the latter.

The purpose of the Bar Lounge section is to spread and promote the culture of hospitality and service in the restaurant sector, or to enhance the professionalism of figures operating in the Food & Beverage category, as well as the promotion of the culture and traditions of food and wine at the table.
