Targa D`Autore is a brand created by the Swiss Cultural Association of Chefs which aims to bring out the realities of catering with a brand of notoriety and distinction that certifies the use of ingredients of the Italian or world tradition, putting an imprint on the use of traditional ingredients.

To certify the high quality of the culinary dishes offered to customers, classic, typical or ethnic restaurants and pizzerias that reflect the requirements for the recognition of prestige, can obtain and display their own plaque: Ristorante d'Autore or Pizza`Autore .
