Affiliation regulations of a cantonal association

to the Swiss Cultural Association of Chefs (ACCS)

It carries out its work on the territory of the canton where it is located and here it undertakes to disseminate the programming and activities of the association.

The cantonal cooks association is headed by an appointed president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer and at least 4 councilors.

The President is appointed by the Board of Directors of the Swiss Cultural Association of Chefs among the members, this assumes by right the role of President and to propose the remaining ones to the Board to form the Internal Committee, and the first draft of the meeting to give life to the association cantonal cooks, the members elected by the coordinator must be active members.

 

To establish a Cantonal Chefs Association, the following conditions must be met:

 

  • Establish a local association in the canton with a statute regulated by the ACCS.

  • Make the first constitutive assembly with the drafting of a verbal process for the opening of the association.

  • The committee must be registered with the Swiss Cultural Association of Chefs before it is formed.

  • Submit a database with the data of the members enrolled in the ACCS and pay a membership fee for each declared member.

  • Have a minimum of 25 students per year.

  • Inform and ask for approval from the Swiss Cultural Association of Chefs for any initiative or event that involves the use of the logo, name etc.

  • Moreover, it belongs to the statute of the Swiss Cultural Association of Chefs.

 

The President has the following functions.

 

  • Promote knowledge of the association's activities;

  • Promote the associative life of the association;

  • Draw up an annual project to be submitted for approval by the ACCS board of directors;

  • Submit to the board of directors the activities and initiatives defined following the approval of the annual project.

  • Have a minimum of 25 members registered in the association.

 

  The presidents participate, when requested by the Board of Directors, reporting on the activities of the cantonal association.

In the event that this regulation is not observed in its entirety, the Board of Directors reserves the right to cancel the membership of the Cantonal Chefs Association in the Swiss Cultural Chefs Association (ACCS).
