Who we are
The Swiss Cultural Association of Chefs is an association of social utility in favor of associates or third parties, non-profit, non-political and non-denominational and aims to promote a better quality of life for members through the improvement and intensification of relationships social and cultural among the associates.
The Swiss Cultural Association of Chefs was established in Muralto in 2012 on the initiative of Alessandro Cassaro and a group of chefs who wish to pass on knowledge and dissemination of the culinary art through the association.
This association is part of the wide cultural space, in particular educational and organized free time.
The association can also represent charity evenings for a charity fundraiser for those in need of humanitarian aid and on rare diseases, and much more.
We have also broadened our horizons by creating, in addition to the chef-cooks category, categories such as Chef Lady, Pizzaioli,
Lounge-Bar and a Sport-Football category.

President: Alessandro Cassaro
Alessandro Cassaro, Chef of the kitchen, was born in Giessen, Germany on 09/09/1975, he is a star of the Italian gastronomic and culinary scene and beyond. Without a doubt it is from the love for taste and food that the passion for cooking is born. A passion that feeds on traditions, curiosity, knowledge and innovation along a complex and tiring path. Discovering home flavors and family recipes first, Alessandro Cassaro dedicates himself to specific studies, to get to know great chefs and the "profession". A period of study that lasted twenty years in which he first learned the technique and dexterity, necessary in the kitchen, and then devote himself to experimentation and customization, which transformed the kitchen of a chef into the kitchen of Alessandro Cassaro. A cuisine that cannot be defined as old or new, modern or classic, but which reflects a healthy and profound passion and which, like music, touches all genres and is loved by connoisseurs.
